At Saffron & Silk, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Each piece is created by artisans, and slight variations in color, texture, pattern, and size are natural and part of the product’s uniqueness.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must include its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- The return must be approved in advance by Saffron & Silk

- Personalized products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Handmade Product Disclaimer
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
- Slight irregularities
- Natural dye variations
- Minor size differences
- Variations in color appearance due to screen settings or lighting
These are expected and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
